Terms

We build a preview of your site before any money changes hands. It is free and there is no obligation. You only go ahead if you like what you see.

Current prices are Basic $499, Standard $799, Premium $1,500, paid once. Half is due when you approve the preview, the rest when the site goes live. Domain and hosting for the first year are included. From the second year, renewal is roughly $40 a year, billed to you at cost.

Once we have started building, the deposit is not refundable, because the work has already been done. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get your money back.

Small edits — new hours, a price change, swapping a photo — are included for 30 days after launch on the Standard and Premium packages. After that, changes are quoted in small fixed amounts, or covered by an optional yearly care plan. Larger work, like new pages, is always quoted before it starts.

You do, once it is paid for. We transfer the domain and the code into accounts you control and keep no lock on either. If you would rather we carry on handling renewals and updates, that is a yearly fee instead.

You confirm that the photos and text you send us are yours to use. We host them on your site rather than linking to Facebook or Google, so they cannot disappear later. We may show a screenshot of the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We build sites that load fast and are set up properly for search, but nobody can guarantee a position on Google. We also cannot guarantee sales — only that the site will do its job and that you can reach a human when something needs changing.

Email info@roamm.tech and we will fix it. If payments stop and cannot be resolved, the site may be taken offline — but we will talk to you first, every time.
